It has been my honor and privilege to serve as your elected Kootenai County Prosecuting Attorney for the past eighteen years. I have established this website for you about my past seventeen years as your prosecutor, and to tell you my life story.

I am proud of the hard working men and women who serve our justice system. We have been a beacon of hope in the darkness for many crime victims. I have strived to make the criminal justice system truly the "victim justice system," while holding law breakers accountable.

We have prosecuted some of society's worst offenders, but the seeds of destruction remain in North Idaho, especially the scourge of methamphetamine which has affected many of our citizens and their families.
